DC Volcano

Today I bought this pair of sneakers by DC; cheaper than I might have imagined (for just 47 bucks) and these are easily the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have ever wore of the skate type. The color of the lacing, the sole and the logo at the tongue are orange, giving them a really nice look when combined with the full black body. There is also a strap at the top but so far I can only guess it’s aesthetic since it feels it can wear easily; even break if I force it too much.

The “volcano” name comes from the fact that the sole is vulcanized; a pretty cool thing to do with it since it means the rubber is strengthened, therefore more durable and resistant. This specific model also seems to be old, but that doesn’t take the fact that it looks really darn good.

They are available in many colors and styles but I loved this specific ones because of it’s neutrality. And because orange rocks.
